About Rephrase                 

Rephrase Dance Collective began at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. The artistic director, Hattie Young, graduated from Skidmore in 2012 as a double-major in Dance and English. She returned to her hometown of Chicago to begin her own choreographic journey. Joined by fellow Skidmore dancers, Michaela Simmons (Director of Community Affairs) and Kellyn Jackson (Director of Educational Outreach), Young and dancers aim to bring a new creative voice to the Chicago dance scene. Keep an eye out! You may just happen upon one of the Company's live outdoor/public performances (and for FREE)!
